Britt Rathbone, LCSW-C, is a psychotherapist and founder of Capital Youth Services, a group practice specializing in evidence-based treatment for adolescents, young adults, and families. Mr. Rathbone has extensive experience working with anxiety, mood disorders, and emotion regulation challenges, and is an expert in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and other cognitive-behavioral therapies. He is the author of What Works with Teens and Parenting Your Child With Intense Emotions, among other books, and is known for translating complex clinical concepts into clear, practical guidance for therapists, parents, and educators.
