Robotics

McLean’s award-winning Robotics Program (in and after school) brings together students with lots of different expertise and a common goal.

With cutting edge STEM content across grade levels, we create unique opportunities to work collaboratively, solve open-ended problems, and refine critical thinking and organization skills. McLean’s award-winning Robotics Program (in and after school) brings together students with different expertise and a common goal.  In robotics – and in the world – the possibilities are as limitless as our students’ imaginations.

McLean students may also participate in nationally-recognized competitions, designing and building robots using sound engineering and programming principles. Teams are also recognized for achievements in sportsmanship, community outreach, design and other real-world accomplishments.

In robotics – and in the world – the possibilities are as limitless as our students’ imaginations. And when they learn to stick with something and not give up? That will serve them for the rest of their lives.
