I have been in education for 10 years and worked with students from kindergarten through middle school. One of my passions is teaching robotics and coding, including coaching FIRST Lego League robotics teams at several schools in the DC area. If I am not discussing coding or other STEM projects with my students, I am probably getting book recommendations from them to add to my ever-growing list of must-reads. Outside of school I play the flute in a community concert band when I am not spending time with my son, husband, and two cats.
