I am a native Washingtonian and grew up in Potomac, Maryland. I obtained a BA in Psychology from the University of Miami, and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the Catholic University of America. I am also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the District of Columbia, and a Registered Play Therapist-Supervisor (RPT-S). In addition to supporting students in kindergarten through grade 4 at McLean, I supervise therapists at The Sibley Group working to obtain their Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential.
Each job I’ve had through college and beyond has involved working with children, whether as a camp counselor, teacher, or therapist. Outside of work, I enjoy talking about music, tumbling and trampolining, eating delicious food but not cooking it, and traveling with my husband Andrew and daughter Ellie.
