I have worked in the field of education for over 20 years with a variety of experiences including teaching grade 2, working as an academic interventionist, and running an educational company in which I served students in need of academic, social, and emotional support. Working with children and empowering others to continue their journey of learning brings me joy. I hold degrees from New York University and Southern New Hampshire University. I have a Bachelor of Science in Special Education, Childhood Education, and Psychology and a Master of Science in Child and Developmental Psychology. I am currently working on an Education Specialist degree in Teaching and Leading with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis.
After growing up in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, I have had the opportunity to live in New York and Maryland and overseas in Spain, Germany and Taiwan. I love to travel, experience new cultures, and find adventure. When I am not inside of a school or working on continuing education, you might find me spending time with my husband and four children . . . hiking, running, relaxing at the beach, or in the kitchen baking.
