My Story

Kymberli Rivers is a dynamic educational leader with deep expertise in academic administration, faculty development, and student-centered instruction. Most recently, as Program Director at the Pace Center for Girls in Florida, she led teams in providing trauma-informed, data-driven, equity-focused support for neurodiverse students. In this and other roles, Kymberli has been known for the ability to coach educators, elevate faculty collaboration, and create inclusive learning environments that foster growth for both students and staff.

Kymberli holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida. A recognized thought leader, Kymberli has presented at state and national conferences and co-led the EPIC Summer Summit, which advanced equity-based grading practices across school communities. Her leadership style is a thoughtful blend of strategic vision, pedagogical innovation, and an unwavering commitment to student success and educator empowerment, and she is excited to bring all this and more to the McLean community.
