I received my BA from Towson University with an Art Education degree and I am currently enrolled for my Masters in Art Education with an Interactive Media & Design (UX/UI) certificate. I grew up in Maryland my whole life! There are many hidden gems and great things around us to explore and enjoy every day. I love to go out to explore new places I have yet to find, especially with food. Not only am I a fellow Marylander, but I also grew up in an independent school in Baltimore. I am familiar with the expectations, goals, and have personal experience of what learning in this environment is like. When I was a student, I did have my own struggles with learning and found different accommodations to help me achieve my fullest potential. This is also when I fell in love with art! I believe everyone is an artist. We all express and have different styles that are unique from one another. Art is an amazing content that allows students to express themselves in endless ways. This allows students to truly think about the process and meaning of why we are creating and solving art problems. I am here as a guide to help students’ minds grow more creative and confident with each mark they make.
