ASL

McLean School has been a meaningful part of my life for many years. As a proud alum and “Lifer,” I attended McLean from kindergarten through grade 12 and have had the privilege of returning to the community in several roles. I am excited to continue that journey as the Middle School ASL teacher and bring my experiences as both a student and staff member into the classroom.

I studied American Sign Language for six years, which sparked a passion for ASL and inclusive communication. I look forward to learning and growing alongside my students while creating a classroom where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and supported.

Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my two cats, family, and friends. I also love traveling, exploring the outdoors, and discovering new places.
