Leslie Nelson

Director of Enrollment

Leslie Nelson is an experienced independent school enrollment leader with more than 20 years of enrollment management experience in the Washington, DC area. She previosuly served as the Director of Enrollment Management at Holton-Arms School, and is the current co-head of the Association of Independent Schools of Greater Washington’s Admission Advisory Committee. She brings both professional expertise and personal experience supporting students, including those with ADHD, dyslexia, and other learning challenges. She is recognized for her strategic, data-informed leadership, collaborative approach, and commitment to fostering welcoming school communities.
