I earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. I am currently the Director of Student and Community Wellness. I have taught health education in public and private schools throughout Maryland, DC, and Virginia, consulted with the Department of Health and Human Resources for the State of Maryland and developed Curriculum for The National Institute of Drug Abuse. I quickly discovered the compassion and commitment this faculty demonstrates for their students and I wanted to be part of it. I have enjoyed the many different positions I have held over the years but have always kept health education at the heart of all the work I do. My passion is to inspire people to feel good about their health and wellness. I love spending time in Maine every summer and swimming across the beautiful Spring River Lake.
