Jessica Martin

Jessica Martin is the proud parent of Finley ’32 and Hayden ’38, who attend McLean School. Before joining the Board of Trustees, she served for three years on the McLean Parents Association Executive Board, helping strengthen the McLean community and foster parent engagement.

With more than 20 years of executive marketing experience, Jessica has helped technology companies accelerate growth through customer-centric go-to-market strategies. As Vice President of Brand and Communications at Sphera, she leads the company’s global brand, communications and creative organization.

Previously, Jessica held marketing leadership roles at Dandelion Energy, TeamViewer, Upskill, Oracle and Opower, spanning enterprise IT software, supply chain, clean energy and emerging technologies.

Jessica earned her MBA from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business. She previously served as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors of Urban Ed, Inc., a Washington, D.C.-based nonprofit that provides IT training and certification to underserved youth and adults.

Jessica and her family live in North Potomac, Maryland. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors and being with her family.
