Dr. Mark Granada

Dr. Mark Granada is a board certified pulmonary and critical care physician. He received his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He completed residency at Georgetown University Hospital and served as Chief Resident at the VA Medical Center in Washington, DC. He returned to Boston University for a pulmonary and critical care fellowship.
Mark was a former managing partner at Northern Virginia Pulmonary and Critical Care Associates before joining Inova, where he serves as a staff pulmonologist. He is the Director of the Inova Pulmonary Embolism Response Team.
He is active in medical education and has served as the Pulmonary section director for the Internal Medicine Residency at Inova Fairfax. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Medical Education at the University of Virginia School of Medicine. He has been named a Top Doc by Washingtonian Magazine and Virginia Living.
He is married to Dr. Christine Heske and has 2 daughters, Lucy and Clara, at McLean School.
