Lindsay Yates

Athletic Trainer

I am a native New Yorker and loyal fan of the New York Yankees. I grew up playing soccer until I suffered an injury to my hip, which ended my soccer career, but also introduced me to the field of athletic training.
I received my BS in Athletic Training from Ithaca College and my MS in Exercise Science/Sports Medicine from the University of Delaware, where I worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer. During my time at UD, I worked with the field hockey team, which took home the 2016 CAA and NCAA DI Field Hockey Championship titles, as well as the 2017 CAA championship title.
I love being a part of the athletic atmosphere. My favorite aspect of athletic training is being a part of the rehabilitation process and then watching the athlete return to play. I am excited to be able to do that here at McLean!
