American University Offers University Courses for McLean Seniors
“A TASTE OF COLLEGE” is a collaboration between McLean and American University. Qualified seniors will be able to enroll in courses at AU if their schedules and their McLean course obligations permit.
Marla Boren, Senior Academic Counselor in the College of Arts and Sciences at American University, has worked throughout the summer to make this a reality. Head of Upper School Josephine Diemond and College Counselor Hannah Serota are excited about the idea of allowing seniors a “taste” of the college experience even before they end their secondary school careers.
