Ms. E. (Walter’15 & Myles’18) Invests in Math

“Do you want to buy a house?” asked Ms. E.. On Thursday, LaShawn E., (Myles ‘18 and Walter’s ‘15), an investment realtor, gave a presentation on how math is used in her field of work to the entire fifth grade. Mrs. E’s presentation provided information and activities related to the world of real estate investment. She explained the procedure on buying a house and renting it out for profit. The students enjoyed. Ms. E’s presentation and asked many insightful questions.
