Meet Catriona Whitehead

Most college freshmen are busy enough balancing educational and social pursuits. But Catriona is challenging herself to do more.

When she’s not pursuing degrees in both English and Dance at Ursinus College, you can find her competing on the volleyball team, serving with the Residence Hall Association or choreographing a student production. “McLean gave me the skills I need to pursue the things I love—athletics, clubs, social activities, and still maintain a good grade average.”

When Catriona transferred to McLean School in 4th grade, she discovered the challenge, encouragement and diverse opportunities that really made learning click.

“If I had not gone to McLean, I may have never become the well-rounded student I am today.”
