Class of 2015

My teachers are Ms. Ellis and Ms. Anderson — I really like them. They teach me good stuff, like certain words I don’t understand. They give me challenging work. And, they are really funny.

I’m good at math.

I don’t like writing, drawing or coloring. Writing sort of tires me out.

I got an Ownership Award. I take ownership for myself in unstructured places.

I like gym here because I get to use different ways to make my body active and to have fun. The PE teachers are disciplined.

The friends here at McLean help you when you need help. I have many friends.

I want to be a fireman when I grow up; I help a lot of people when they need it.

I play chess in the After-School Program. Red is the top level and the most experienced. I’m in the red level group.

Chess is a strategy game. And, I like strategy. I can plan ahead of time.
